• Thursday, October 25, 2012 @ 3:48:00 PM (Alaska Time) - Cancelled the Shilo Inn reservation. I received clear direction to cancel attendance at any non-DoD conferences through 31 Dec 2012, including SC12. The registration is non refundable after October 19, 2012. Cancellation of the Hotel reservation incurs a $125.00 fee after October 10, 2012. Cancellation of the Airline reservation incurs a $75.00 fee and the cost is not refunded but goes into a wallet that can be used for purchases within a year. Over 50% of what it would have cost is not being refunded but if the airline wallet funds are used that goes to less than 50%.

• Tuesday, October 9, 2012 @ 9:19:13 AM (Alaska Time) - Cancelled the Red Lion and Hyatt Place reservations leaving me the Shilo Inn reservation. The Shilo Inn does provide Airport shuttle service while the Hyatt Place does not. Both are much closer to the convention than the Red Lion.

• Saturday, October 6, 2012 @ 6:04:34 PM (Alaska Time) - Created this page. I booked a room at The Hyatt Place which is the original hotel Greg had booked for us.

• Monday, October 1, 2012 @ 3:52 PM (Alaska Time) - I booked a room at the Red Lion after Greg informed us that he has no confirmation for the Hyatt Place reservations. This Hotel is much further away from the convention center.

• Thursday, September 27, 2012 - I got a notice from Sabrina that the flight itinerary had changed and I checked and found that they had me on a flight leaving Salt Lake City at 8:30 in the morning which meant I would have had to leave the hotel around 6:00 am. I called and changed it to leaving on an afternoon flight. The Alaska Airlines people said it was Delta cancelling the original flight from SLC to SEA that caused the change.
